1. High Performance Liquid Chromatograph and Mass Spectrometer hereinafter referred to as LC – MS. It can do the live testing on the substance through separating by HPLC and ESI so-
urce, and achieve the testing purpose through MS detection.
2. Application: Substance molecular weight detection, and identification (1 set).





Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer

1. Gas Chromatograph and Mass Spectrometer hereinafter referred to as: GC–MS. It can do pieces processing to the substance through GC separation and EI source, and then achieve t-
he testing purpose through the MS detection.

Genetic Testing

1. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR): heat the gene to make it fractured and cool it to get the r-
enaturation through exclusive primers and probes. Continuously increase the number of genes, detect the fluorescence direction of the probes to get the quantitative genes.

Liquid Chromatograph

1. High Performance Liquid Chromatograph hereinafter referred to as HPLC. It is used for the material with UV absorption. It can effectively separate the active drug ingredients by the colu-
mn based on the principle of different polarity of different materials and mobile phases, then a-
chieve the purpose of testing through the UV detection.










2. Application: Separation of active drug ingredients, testing of related substances, and assay determination (33 sets).


Semi-Preparative Liquid Chromatograph

1. Semi-preparative Liquid chromatograph, prepare the active drug ingredient based on the liquid-phase principle.
2. Application: Substance preparation (1 set).





Gas Chromatograph

1. Gas chromatograph hereinafter referred to as the GC. It is used for material with no UV ab-
sorption, and relatively low boiling point. It can effectively separate the active drug ingredients through the chromatographic column, based on the principle of different polarity of different materials, then achieve the testing purpose through FID or TCD detection





















2. Application: Separation of active drug ingredients, testing of related substances and assay determination(10 sets).





Laser Particle Tester

1. Laser Particle Tester (PU-01), test the particle distribution based on the Fraunhofer Light Di-
ffraction. When the particles pass through the beam, the surface of the particles will produce a diffraction phenomenon.
2. Application: Particle size test (1 set).






Infrared Spectrophotometer

1. The Fourier infrared spectrophotometer (The FT-Infrared Spectrophotometer), hereinafter r-
eferred to as the FT–IR. There is fixed Van der Waals force (VDW) between molecules, FT-IR can make use of the infrared light energy to trigger the expansion and bending vibration among molecules, finally achieve the testing purpose through Fourier energy conversion.

Ultraviolet and Visible Spectrophotometer

1. Ultraviolet and Visible Spectrophotometer hereinafter referred to as UV,make use of the sp-
ecific UV absorption functional group within the active ingredients to achieve the detection and identification purposes.

Differential Thermal Scanners

tances will produce endothermic or exothermic phenomenon in the process of heating. It can convert the functor change form, convert the curve by software to achieve the detection p-

Water Meter

1. Karl Fischer Water Titration Instrument (Meter) hereinafter referred to as moisture titrator: making use of the titration reaction principle to consume water, so as to achieve the aim of quantitative testing of moisture.

Potentiometric Titration

1. Potentiometric Titration (Meter): make use of the acid-base titration principle, automatically c-
alculate the isoelectric points, and consume the titration fluid volume at the same time to achieve the purpose of the test.

Conductivity Meter

1. Conductivity meter is a multirange instrument, it can meet the various detection requirements, such as from the deionized water to seawater. This instrument can provide automatic temperat-
ure compensation, and can set temperature coefficient, therefore it can be used to measure li-
quid sample whose temperature coefficient is different from water's.























2. Application: Electrical conductivity expresses the solution’s ability of conducting current thr-
ough figures. There is a certain relationship between the electrical conductivity of water and the inorganic acid, alkali and salt which it contains. When the concentration of inorganic acid, alkali and salt is low, the conductivity increases with the increase of concentration, therefore, this in-
dicator is commonly used to speculate the total ion concentration or salt content in water (1 set).
